CRAFT. CURIOSITY. LEADERSHIP.

Your experience
is the starting point.

Sevenfold: Kitchen brings culinary exploration and supervisory development into one learning environment. Consider seven AI chef perspectives on a dish, follow ideas through Culinary Radar, and—when assigned to mentorship—explore leadership with a human mentor.

You do not need to be supervising yet. Thought experiments help you prepare for situations you may encounter later.

FOR FUTURE LEARNERS, MENTORS & PARTNERS

Help keep a seat
at the table.

First & Fork broadens access to the experiences, relationships, and perspectives that shape culinary leadership. Explore the guides to see the intended experience, then talk with us about participation, mentoring, or sponsorship.

A free account opens Kitchen and Culinary Radar. The four-week mentorship requires an assignment; account creation alone does not enroll you.

WEEK 1 · COMMUNICATION + FEEDBACK

A handoff keeps going wrong.

A teammate says they understand a revised handoff, but the next shift still receives incomplete information.

Sample learner response“I would remind them of the process and ask them to follow it next time.”
